The main Master Bedroom overlooks the swimming pool via French doors and has a delightful fully tiled bathroom, with a Japanese 'Wet Room' with two shower heads, toilet and basin. The lanai can be accessed from this bathroom and the French doors. This room also has a walk in closet, ceiling fan, low level lighting, bedside tables, tall boy and dressing table.

The second Master Bedroom also has a tiled bathroom with a shower over bath, sliding shower door, toilet and basin. It also has a walk in closet, a ceiling fan, low level lighting, bed side tables, tall boy and dressing table. It has beautiful patio door views of the 2nd Fairway, the golf course water feature and the fruit trees situated in the garden.

The guest bedroom is carpeted and has twin beds, which can easily be converted into another King Size bed. A bed side table, low level and ceiling lighting. It has a built in double sliding door closet and a separate smaller closet containing towels, beach towels and bed linen. There is also a child's 'Pack n Play' cot/cribb for infants.

The Den/4th bedroom is carpeted and has a large Queen Sized comfortable sofa bed. This room is situated off the second Master Bedroom and when it is not being used as a bedroom, it can serve as a second living room as it is equipped with coffee table, reading books, 40" wall mounted flat screen High Definition (HD) Cable TV and wireless internet connection.

The main bathroom, situated opposite the guest room, has access to the lanai and is also fully tiled with luxurious shower, large sliding doors, toilet and basin.

The living room has a stunning front bay window with views of the front garden. It also has French doors that open onto the lanai. This open plan room has comfortable floor tiles, with two couches, a six seater glass dining table, coffee table and a 30" flat screen HD Cable TV with DVD/CD player. It has a Breakfast Bar, with three stools that over look the Thomasville newly fitted and equipped kitchen. This has a large 4 ring electric cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and 10 ft Corian Counter. Cutlery, glasses and plates for 8 settings together with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle. The kitchen also has a set of French doors that can be accessed from the lanai.

The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a 6 seater glass dining table, 8 extremely comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. The sun on the lanai can be enjoyed all day long and there is pool and patio lighting for evening use.

A 2006 addition is the beautiful wooden sun deck situated in the back yard. Access from the back double bedroom patio doors or from the lanai.

A 2007 addition is the outside cooking facility, situated in the lanai. This is equipped with a gas grill, separate gas burner, sink, extractor fan, BBQ equipment and poolside plates and glasses.

The laundry facilities are situated in the double garage and they comprise of a sink, with running water, a top loading washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and another large fridge freezer for drinks.

The Palm Aire Community Golf lies very close to the I75 and is easily accessible. Sarasota is situated south of Tampa which is a 45 minute drive, Sarasota Airport is a 10 minute drive and the beaches are 20 minutes away and include Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Long Boat Key and Anna Maria Island. Sarasota has many exciting restaurants, shops and a beautiful marina. Main Street and St Armands Circle must not be missed! It boasts of theatres, art shops and it's very own Ringling Art Museum. Myakka National Park with alligators, armadillos and birds is 25 miles away.

Bookings for January 1st to April 30th are for a minimum of one month. 
Bookings for May 1st to December 31st are for a minimum of 7 nights. 

A 25% deposit is payable to secure a reservation together with a completed booking form.

Unlimited local calls but long distance calls will need a calling card.

Unlimited Internet access via Wireless connection.

$500.00 or £350 Refundable Security Deposit (if no damage is reported).

Single pets will be considered on an individual basis for guests staying 1 month                      or more only.  A non refundable pet deposit may be added.

No smoking is permitted within the house or security deposit will be forfeited.
